What is a cooperative?

In a cooperative, each member is encouraged to participate in the group with his or her unique skills. In addition, each family is assigned a snack and craft day 2 or 3 times on a rotating basis throughout the semester. You bring a simple, allergy-free snack and provide a craft like coloring, play dough, or stamping. Each member also participates in an evening toy clean-up session once a year.

What if this is my first baby?

The NCP is a great way to meet other new parents! Don't worry if your baby is only a month or two old, this "playgroup" is more for the parents when babies are this young.

When are the sessions held?

Sessions are on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 9:30-11:30 am.

Can I drop off my child?

No. A parent or caregiver must attend all sessions with the child/children.

Where is the play group located?

We rent space in the basement of the First Baptist Church in Natick Center. It is a huge, bright space for lots of activity! It is located at 13 Common Street, next to the Post Office, in Natick Center.

How much does it cost?

The annual membership fee is $135.00 per family and includes one session each week. Some families sign up for more than one day too! This fee is applicable to families joining up until January 1st. The sessions run weekly from September through May.
